Motorola Edge 20 Lite 8GB

On 29 July 2021, Motorola announced the Motorola Edge 20 Lite. This is the entry-level model of the renewed Edge 20 series, but the specifications are still very good. The main camera, for example, has no less than 108 megapixels, which allows you to take high-quality photos.

The Edge 20 Lite is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 processor, which makes it fast enough to carry out all kinds of tasks. It can also connect to 5G and still connect with wired earphones. This device has 128GB of storage space and 8GB of RAM.

Good cameras with smart software

The most striking specification of this Motorola Edge 20 Lite is surely the 108-megapixel sensor that is used for the main lens. This does not only allow high-quality photos, but Motorola has also added a number of useful functions such as a night mode and burst function.

Next to the main camera, we find an ultra wide-angle 8 megapixel lens that can be used to capture a wider image without taking a step back. Very useful for group photos! There is also a depth sensor for portraits with a blurred background.

OLED display with 90Hz

The screen of this Edge 20 Lite uses the OLED technique to show colours with a high contrast, tto make movies really come to life! Images are refreshed 90 times per second so animations look smooth.

Large battery supports fast charging

The Lite variant of the Motorola Edge uses a 5000mAh battery which, according to Motorola, can last for more than two days with average use. Consumption of energy may be slow, but recharging is fast with the included 30Watt fast charger.

Hybrid dual SIM

This grey Edge 20 Lite has a double SIM card tray, so that a second SIM card can be placed, to be reachable on two phone numbers from one device! You can also choose to insert a microSD card for some extra storage space.

Modernised design

Motorola has chosen a sleeker and more modern design with the Edge 20 series. The phones are flatter and more tightly finished around the edges. This Edge 20 Lite is only 8mm thick which makes it feel very thin even with a case.
